Summer updates for WinGPS 5 and WinGPS Marine now available

To start your summer as safe as possible, Stentec has released new summer updates. Updates are available for WinGPS 5 as well as WinGPS Marine.

Updates WinGPS 5-serie

In this summer update for WinGPS 2015 we have update the route network as well as all the bridges/locks based on the newest information. We have also optimized several functions, for example the route planning on tidal water for WinGPS 5 Pro en Voyager.

License holders of the 2015 versions may download this update free via the News Center. You may find this by clicking on 'help' and then 'Open News Center.

Haven't purchased WinGPS 5 2015 yet? You may order/upgrade it in our online shop.

Note: The Kustfijn model for The Netherlands is down at the moment. Rijkswaterstaat is currently migrating their servers. Because of this no new data is being generated. We hope this will be solved as soon as possible.

WinGPS™ Marine-update

This week we also released updates for our Android apps: the WinGPs Marine series. Based on feedback and suggestions of our users, we have improved the perfomences of the WinGPS Marine series.

Besides that we have also made an important 1st step in interaction between WinGPS 5 and WinGPS Marine. It is now possible to transfer routes, waypoints and tracks between WinGPS 5 and WinGPS Marine.

From WinGPS 5 it is possible to easily export these files and e-mail them to yourself. If you open them in WinGPS Marine on your tablet.smartphone, they will be added automatically. This procedure will be made even easier in the near future.
